Open Source Voip Install Mod

Hello,
Thanks for looking at my project. I need to install and modify some open source code for a VoIP site.
I need to have the following done.
1. I need to have the open source Asterisk Server installed and configured.
2. I need to install the open source softphone code and change the logo to mine.
3. I will provide the website design. I will just need the design put up and then the area for purchasing credits integrating.
