I am in need of a developer to create a web site that would allow people to enter there telephone numbers to opt in and out to receive free text messages on a daily basis. By entering their cell phone number to the web site, they would be signed up to receive daily text messages of services offered from several companies. They should also be able to go onto the site to remove their cell phone from receiving text messages. Read more…
